Entry in The Scotsman August 1935 announcing Grandpere's appointment as Medical Officer of Health for Coseley, Wolverhampton
Grandpere's service post 1945 Shortly after the war Grandpere was given an emergency commission to the Royal Army medical Corps heading out to Germany to help establish medical services in the aftermath of the war. During his stay he was seriously injured in a shooting accident, which Grandmere found out about with a rather scary looking telegram
